Cancellation Policy
*Tardiness- clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will receive whatever time is left.
*No Shows- clients who fail to communicate with me will be required to pay for missed appointment up to 100% of the service and pay a deposit to hold future appointments.
*Rescheduled appointments- I understand things happen, so you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment one time. I cannot allow clients to reschedule the same appointment multiple times.
*Cancellations- there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your start time, you may be required to pay a fee of up to 100% of the service. Example: if your appointment starts at 10am, you must cancel before 10am of the day prior to your appointment
